Commercial Client Manager

Beach Bank– Fort Walton Beach location is currently seeking a full-time Commercial Client Manager. Our Commercial Client Managers provide a variety of commercial loan products and loan services based on complexity of customers’ individual needs. Commercial Client Managers contribute to bank growth and profitability by growing deposits and providing other financial services through either direct or cross-selling efforts; referring prospects to Retail, Treasury Management, Mortgage, and Merchant Services. Beach Mortgage is looking for Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) in the Crestview, South Walton, Pensacola and Tampa areas.   • Maintains relationships with internal and external referral sources (i.e. realtors, past clients, internal referrals through marketing efforts).

HOA Sales Associate

Beach Bank is currently seeking an experienced full-time HOA Sales Associate. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowner association and community management business clients and provide full-service account support and maintenance. This role will also provide clients with a variety of services including account setup, treasury management and online banking support, ACH file assistance/error resolution, positive pay and bill pay file setup and access, as well as assisting clients with remote check scanner setup and troubleshooting. This role works closely with the Lockbox processing team to ensure that validation files are created in the proper formats, payment errors are resolved in a timely manner, and online payment issues are processed appropriately. Additionally, this position is heavily focused on facilitating smooth implementation and providing ongoing account maintenance and problem resolution. The HOA Sales Associate will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Treasury Management.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Performs a variety of client support activities including opening and closing corporate and agent related accounts, NSF and overdraft alerts.
  • Processes holds and stop payments, processing general ledger entries, non-posts, adjustments, ACH returns, large item review, electronic A/R file research, CIP and audit controls.
  • Handles callback, bank account reconciliation, and Corporate Online Banking setup.
  • Also performs account analysis regarding service charges, average daily balances, account performance and growth, etc.

  • Collaborates with immediate supervisor and/or training representative to create a personal job training schedule tailored to the trainee’s education, aspirations, and previous work background.
  • Reviews training outline with the department manager of each assignment to ensure optimum training opportunities.
  • Engages in assigned training projects.
  • Prepares and presents written reports for department managers and training representative on each phase of training.
  • Participates in frequent performance reviews.
  • Actively participates in trainee development meetings and/or conferences; leads designated discussion groups.
  • As required, enrolls in applicable courses, conferences, and or seminars as designated
  • Acts in the place of absent employee if necessary.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Proven desire to expand knowledge and understanding of the banking industry.
  • Understanding of economic principles and basic principles of banking.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field with emphasis on banking OR satisfactory work experience required.

Beach Mortgage, Inc. is accepting applications for Mortgage Loan Processor.

The Mortgage Loan Processor is responsible for the processing of a mortgage loan from origination to funding. This position will support the Sales and Operations Team by collecting necessary documents and managing the transaction to ensure the closing deadline is met.

Duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure timely and independent processing of mortgage loan files (in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and corporate policies and procedures) from origination through post settlement delivery.
  • Process loans through underwriting systems and review findings with the underwriter(s) and loan officer, clear conditions and prepare file to move to closing.
  • Maintain excellent client relations and the confidentiality of the client’s personal information.
  • Remain current on and adhere to all regulatory required training.
  • Work with clients and Loan Officers to resolve problems, answer questions and assist in collection of documentation.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while interacting with mortgage loan officers, borrowers, and operations team.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a high-pressure environment while maintaining professional demeanor, organization and possibly 20-30 loans at any given time.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Encompass experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, automated underwriting systems (DU/LP) as well as in house document retrieval and electronics communication.

Candidates for this job must be able to obtain a NMLS number. Training will be required on current lending software and lending guidelines.

Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Working remotely is an option, however, in-house is preferable.
